Cœur du Mistral is a farm and a community in Provence, gathered to explore what it means to be human in the age of AI. The exploration happens where five fields meet.
La Terre
Provençal land near Avignon, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and Gordes, crossed by the mistral, with Mont Ventoux on the horizon. A working farm, worked by hand through the seasons, and the ground the rest of this stands on.
Le Séjour
Three apartments among the orchards: Amandine, Grenadine, and Picholine, each named for a fruit of the farm and kept in its own colour and mood. Somewhere to slow down and stay a while.
Les Rituels
Artist residencies, culinary experiences, Liminal dinners, silent retreats, creative sprints, and Becoming workshops. Deliberate gatherings, from a single evening to a full season, each set where the five fields cross.
La Récolte
What the farm grows, sold direct: olive oil, almonds, figs, pomegranates, pistachios, and apricots. A harvest small enough to be eaten close to where it grew.
Le Cercle
For those who want a part in what the farm becomes: a small, committed circle of benefactors who seed it, stewards who tend it, and ambassadors who spread it.
